SECURITY DEPOSIT - will be held on your credit card in case of any property damage. *You must report all existing damages during initial condo inspection. Charges will be made for any missing or damaged items including  and not  limited  to;  kitchen,  linen,  furnishings  and decoration items. If we discover that there has been damage to the property or its contents we will capture an  amount  from  your  credit  card  to  cover  the  estimated  cost  of repairs. After repair is completed we will provide a statement of the damages cost. If there is a refund due it will be returned to your credit card. If additional funds are needed they will be charged to your credit card. If we are unable to collect the necessary funds from your credit card you agree to remain liable for the uncollected amount and allow us to seek restitution in any manner  necessary.

REFUND POLICY - There are no refunds for early departures, holidays including Spring Break. I UNDERSTAND CASTAWAYS and/or SONORAN SPA RESORT are not responsible for City or Resort wide loss of electricity, internet or water or anything to do with storms, acts of god or other means beyond our control. 

OCCUPANCY TERMS
No visitors allowed. You will be subject to eviction if more people are found in your condo then listed on reservation. Maximum occupancies are STRICTLY ENFORCED.

1BED - max. occupancy 4 people; 2 Adults + 2 Children 12 and under
2BED - max. occupancy 6 people; 4 Adults + 2 Children 12 and under
3BED - max. occupancy 8 people; 6 Adults + 2 Children 12 and under

INITIAL TERMS/ CONDITIONS BELOW AFTER READING & UNDERSTANDING:

                  NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED in Resort or Beach Area. No loud noises coming from condo after 10 pm. 
                  CHECK-OUT is 11 AM. Failure to depart by this time will result in a charge of $50 per hour.
                  I AGREE to allow all Damages, Lost items and Late fees to be charged to my credit card. If there is not sufficient credit available, I AGREE to remain liable for the balance and allow for collections through any means that may become necessary.
                  Lost keys will be charged $45 USD.

                  THE REPLACEMENT OF A LOST WRISTBAND HAS A COST OF $50 USD.

                  I UNDERSTAND that the HOA has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. Failure to comply with the HOA Rules and Regulations of the Resort will result in immediate eviction and loss of all prepaid money and deposits.
